Pricing and Costs
All prices are in Euros (€) and, unless otherwise indicated, are inclusive of Fuel, Tolls, Taxes, Entry Permits & Insurance.
Costs such as Entrance Tickets to Museums, Churches, Monuments, Food, Beverages, and any other are not included and are at the clients' expense unless otherwise specified.
Prices are inclusive of Italian VAT which at the moment is at 10% for transport services. Gratuities are not included in the price and although there is no tipping standard in Italy 10% is usually greatly appreciated.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of any service must be done via email to info@raffaelloslimo.com and, unless otherwise specified, is completely free of charge or penalty
when done more than 72hours prior to the first reservation date and time.
Cancelling a booking after this period will entail a penalty of 20% of the total amount reserved.
Pre-Paid services and last minute offers are to be considered non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
In case of a no-show the card will be charged the full amount of the reservation with all its services.
Delays
When making a reservation RSC will always ask the user to specify a pickup time, flight or ship arrival/departure time.
This is because RSC constantly monitors the arrival/departure time of ships and flights to ensure that it can guarantee the maximum flexibility
in terms of delays. Unless otherwise mentioned RSC will not charge a client for a delay in the flight or ship.
In the unlikely case of a client missing a flight or cruise,
due to traffic, road accidents, or any other reasons that are not under RSC's direct control,
RSC does not claim any responsibility over it. However RSC will ensure to provide as much assistance as possible to help the clients find a solution.
Credit Card Reservation
RSC accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express and
requires a valid credit card to secure any reservation.
This card will not be charged nor pre-authorized at the moment of the reservation
with the exception of pre-paid services and/or last minute offers
in which case it will be clearly marked that the card will be charged.
All other services will be paid directly to the driver with either a credit card or cash.
Under italian law cash payments cannot exceed 999 €.
Clients may be asked to show an identification document that matches the holder of the card that will be used to pay for the service.
When a third party's credit card is being used RSC may ask for a transaction authorization document which the client will be provided with by RSC.
Privacy Policy
The data provided by users on the website will only be used for internal purposes and not be sold to any third parties.
RSC may ask for Name, Surname, Work Phone, Home Address and Email as mandatory for reservations & bookings.
RSC may use this information to send clients occasional marketing proposals and last minute offers.
Credit card data will be processed in accordance to PCI Compliance and under SSL 2.0 Encryption to ensure the data is protected.
User's navigation within the website may be monitored but only with the purpose of improving the experience and will not be shared with third parties.
Licenses & Permits
All RSC's vehicles have NCC (Private Limo License), ZTL (Restricted Access to Historical Centers of Italian Cities)
and Port Entry Permits for Civitavecchia, Ostia, Grosseto, Livorno, Genova, Savona, Venezia (Venice), Ancona, Pescara, Bari, Reggio Calabria
Messina, Palermo & many other smaller ports. All drivers are certified limo drivers with K-B Permits and Iscrizione al Ruolo (Italy's limo Register)
